Where can you find spare parts for your products?

Go to the Genesis website, go to the Support tab and select Service Parts. Then you need to enter the name of the product you are looking for to display a list of available spare parts for a given product.

Gamepad Mangan 200 is not visible / does not work properly in the game.

This is a D-input pad. Most games should support both of these modes (X-input), unfortunately not all of them. Please check the game specifications to see if they support this type of communication.

In the headphones, the microphone does not work / only the backlight works.

Please check if all headphone plugs have been properly plugged into the computer (please check if the computer has one or two minijack inputs - if the computer has one input and the headphones have two plugs, an additional adapter will be needed).

Do the headphones have drivers?

In our current offer, only two models have downloadable drivers: Radon 720 and Radon 610, the rest of the models are plug & play products.

Where can I find software for mice or keyboards?

Go to the Genesis website, go to the Support tab and select Download. Then you need to enter the name of the product you are looking for, so that the appropriate files for download will appear.

Does the steering wheel have additional drivers?

Only the Seaborg 300 model has additional drivers for download.
